With your feedback we can understand how well we achieve the high standards we set for ourselves and learn where we need to improve to better meet your needs.
Your Feedback
To find out how well we are performing we ask all clients to fill out a patient satisfaction survey that is carried out by an independent organisation called Howard Warwick Associates (HWA). They produce a quarterly patient satisfaction report based on all the feedback we receive. The results are analysed and any areas where we need to improve are brought quickly to our attention allowing us to constantly improve our service to you.
